“Life is like a bicycle. We have to keep balance to keep moving forward.”
Indian proverb
Keeping our balance, physically, mentally and emotionally is not always so easy. We all go through our ups and downs as we move through the cycle of life, and indeed the difficulties we face when as our younger self are not the same as the ones we will face as we move forward through adulthood. While each person will face their own times of difficulty throughout the course of their life, one thing is true about all of us: we all deserve to be happy.
Therapeutic counselling is a way for you to explore and understand your emotional experience in a safe, non-judgemental and supportive environment so that you can work through your own difficulties and develop proven strategies to help you regain your balance and achieve the happiness every person deserves.
I believe that you know best when it comes to your own difficulties and needs. I will bring mindfulness techniques, active listening and talking to work with you in an un-directed, person-centred approach to move past your difficulties and achieve a happier state of being.
